Before your due date, I will meet with you several times so we can get to know one another. I'll learn how to best support you, such as by providing supportive referrals to ensure you have the best birth possible (for example, a chiropractor, acupuncture provider, pelvic physical therapist or prenatal massage therapist), and go through a few basic childbirth education touchpoints.

Having a baby should be a positive experience, so my main focus is to create a safe and comfortable environment for you to bring your baby into the world and begin bonding immediately. I will help to advocate for you in your most vulnerable times in labor and in the immediate postpartum period. To help ensure your voice is heard and your preferences are honored by your medical team.
